We do not hold stock of embroidered items. All stock is purchased at the time of the client placing the order.
For orders whereby we are purchasing the garments on your behalf, if you are unsure of sizing please contact DM Designs office where we will be happy to help. We can send out plain samples which you can then try on to help with your ordering. We will charge a small carriage fee for this service. Plain samples must be returned or paid for.
Embroidered samples can be sent via digital scan, or by post. Postage is included in artwork/set up fee. Small edits to designs are free of charge, larger alterations will incur an additional artwork cost, subject to the complexity of the changes.
PURCHASING & PAYMENT
You will receive an order confirmation by email. This will contain your unique order number, please quote your order number in all further communications.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full. Until then, all goods remain the property of DM Designs.
Should you wish to cancel your order, all cancellations must be notified in writing. Any work carried out prior to cancellation, will be charged for.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom we will ship either by Royal Mail guaranteed delivery or delivery by our courier.
Orders are sent on a next day delivery or 2-5 days Scottish Highlands and Scotland Offshore.
Goods are not dispatched until full payment has been received. We aim to dispatch all embroidered orders within 7-10 working days from written receipt of confirmation and approval of the order.
Standard delivery is by courier to anywhere in mainland UK, for delivery outside mainland UK price available on application.
If you are unavailable to receive your goods, the driver will try again the next working day, typically 2 delivery attempts are made, the goods are then returned to the warehouse. A card will be left stating a contact telephone number for you to contact the courier and arrange a new delivery date, in which you are available to receive the goods.
Small orders can be sent via Royal Mail guaranteed delivery.
We will notify you by email, when your order has been dispatched.
Collection of samples and orders can be arranged via an agreed appointment.
Orders must be inspected thoroughly on receipt of delivery. Returns must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of order.
We will only replace or refund embroidered items if we have sent out incorrect goods or there is a fault with the garment. Returned goods can only be accepted by prior agreement.
We do not accept liability for any damaged caused to the items on the clients property.
Where replacement garments are required due to incorrect choice of sizes, garments and postage costs for replacements will be charged to the customer.
All orders are VAT free
When an order is placed with DM Designs, the client automatically accepts these terms and conditions.
